Mango Lassi Green Smoothie

Mango Lassi Green Smoothie

As always, Tik Tok made me do it

After a momentous excursion to the Chicago suburbs for an Indian grocery store shopping trip, I knew that the day would end with a celebratory, homemade mango lassi. This yogurt-based drink satisfies any sweet and tangy craving, and is also super simple to make!

To make it more nutritious without compromising the flavor, I pack mine with spinach. It gives the drink a bright green color while still having that fruity mango taste. After showing a clip of this smoothie on my Tik Tok (almost 365 days into quarantine has me trying some crazy things), I had received some requests for the recipe. And when something is this tasty and simple to make, you know that I had to deliver!

So thank you to the two people who asked for this. THIS IS FOR YOU! And for anybody else who is a fan of five-ingredient, five minute recipes (and who isn’t in this economy)?
